Bioforsk - Høglind Mats

Dr Höglind is a specialist in crop physiology and crop production, especially grassland crops. He is presently responsible for a larger strategic institute program, with several international partners, on the effect of increased CO2 and climate change on perennial forage and winter wheat crops at high latitudes. Experimental work and modelling is combined in this project as well as others led by Dr Höglind. He is engaged by the The Swedish Farmers’ Foundation for Agricultural Research to evaluate research proposals and follow-up projects, and is involved in international net-works like WINTERNET and Nordic Forage Network.
