ZERT - Spangler Lee

Dr Spangler founded and directs ZERT. He is directly involved in the development and operation of the near surface controlled release site. He also directs one of the US-DOE Regional Carbon Sequestration Partnerships (the Big Sky Partnership) as well as the Energy Research Institute at MSU.
